Covid-19 Secure

Reopening safely and responsibly

As always the safety and wellbeing of our guests and staff members has always been our top priority and upon re-opening we want to reassure you that we have taken various extra precautions in line with current Government guidelines.
Please familiarise yourself with our current procedures below.

Increased cleaning
We have implemented increased cleaning procedures throughout the hotel with regular touch points (for example, door handles and banisters) sanitised regularly throughout the day.
Placing anti-bacterial hand sanitizer in communal areas around the Hotel.
Please note that in all public areas of hotels, face coverings are encouraged.

Social distancing
Our reception areas have protective screens to ensure minimal risk and wherever possible please pay using contactless technologies.
Social distancing is encouraged throughout the hotel. With this in mind certain corridors may operate as one-way, or a right of way may be instigated. In any event, clear signage will indicate the correct route.

Training
Every member of our team has undergone Covid-19 secure training before undertaking work at the hotel. A full Hotel risk assessment has been prepared in consultation with team members and is available to view at Reception.

Your stay with us

Before you arrive
We appreciate that last-minute changes are inevitable at the moment. This is why we've updated our terms to a 24 hour cancellation policy. All reservations can be cancelled at no charge, up to 12 noon on the scheduled date of arrival.
Naturally, should you be showing any symptoms of Covid-19, or if you have been around anyone who has been showing symptoms or who may have tested positive, we would ask that you please contact us to make arrangements to postpone your visit.

When you arrive
We would respectfully ask you to arrive after 3pm as our enhanced cleaning procedures mean that we cannot release our bedrooms any earlier than this time. Please sanitise your hands upon entry.
Unusually we may need to ask for a breakfast reservation time to ensure the safest and most efficient service for you.
To minimise handling, we will only assist with luggage on request and this will no longer be offered routinely.

Your bedroom
You may notice certain items have been removed, instead a single use welcome sheet detailing this week's menu will be provided which we will dispose of after your stay. For guests staying more than one night we will be asking if they would like their hotel bedroom serviced during their stay, if you would like your room serviced we will be carrying out a minimal touch service i.e. they will not touch or move any belongings, we will also ask that you vacate the room while the room is serviced.

Food and beverage service
We will operate our food and beverage outlets in full accordance with government guidelines and the very latest available official advice.
Our food offering has been streamlined to enable social distancing within our kitchen.

Departure
We only ask that you pop your room key into our drop box at our reception desk. If you have any feedback regarding your stay please speak to a member of staff and we look forward to welcoming you to Roselawn Hotel in the future.
